I was in for my 6 week postpartum check up, and she says everything is 100%!!!
Need to work on losing the rest of this weight. Since my last WIC appointment a couple weeks ago I gained 3 pounds, unless their scales don't match up. Now that I have the go ahead to exercise I need to try making time for that. I'd like to start walking, but it's so cold out.
Discipline, and finding the energy to do physical exercise. That's my new year's resolution. Eat healthier and lose the baby weight.
