Holidays are done

We finally had the last of our holiday get togethers yesterday. We had a great time at Cindy and Bruce's house yesterday with the Hall side of the family. A lot of people got to meet Riley for the first time, and he enjoyed being in a social setting with so many new faces and voices. He loved great grandpa's voice! Riley also had a great time in uncle Sean's lap, he was all smiles. I'm glad Erin and Emily were able to make it with their families, we hardly ever see them.

We're so thankful for all the gifts Riley got. We're fortunate to have such wonderful families, on both Collen's side and mine. I can't wait to start filling up Riley's new baby memories book! We also got these last night, I get a kick out of them lol If you're not sure what they are, think about it for a few minutes, it'll come to you.

We had a great time playing Apples to Apples, and Fact or Crap, and attempting to play Mad Gab. lol The game seemed so simple, it's deceptive!! We need to do that kind of thing more often, and not just when a holiday comes around.

I'm also thankful for so many people offering their help to make our lives a little easier. So thank you to all those who offered last night. I may take some of you up on the offer to watch Riley so I can get a little break.
